ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in May of 2001 and we’ve built a close-knit team of three with exciting plans to keep growing. Becoming a State Farm agent was a lifelong goal of mine, and I’m proud to be part of a family of agents. That long-term commitment to this career shows up in how we support our customers and how we invest in our team.
Outside of work, I’m a former college softball player and was co-captain of the Lady Knights softball team. I’m also active in my local church and enjoy being involved in the community, including as a member of the Waukesha Car Club.
For our team, we offer life insurance, health benefits, generous vacation time and PTO, licensing reimbursement, and opportunities to earn winning trips. We also make sure we’re building the kind of workplace people enjoy being part of, with team lunches, outings, and team-building events throughout the year.
Our office culture is built around a strong support system and a team-first mindset. We’re looking for someone mature in mindset, disciplined, hardworking, and self-motivated — someone who takes pride in doing things the right way and can keep up in a fast-paced environment. If you want a supportive place to grow and build a long-term career, we’d love to meet you.
